Hello, we’re Li and Ben. Between us we have more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, catering, and events. Back in 2022, after 7 years together, we got engaged. Whilst trying to find a bar company that provided what it was we were looking for for our wedding, we realised how difficult is to do. This was when we decided to take matters into our own hands and create Bramble & Bash. We started this business originally as Budget Bar Co. before rebranding in 2025. We created this company not just for ourselves, but for all newlyweds out there who are looking for people who will help them to enjoy their big day. With a range of packages to suit all, flexibility on drinks and a variety of add-ons, we’re here to make your event a boozy success!

As a company, we have an ethos that is built to blend fairly priced drinks with the best products available. We create our own home-made syrups using local and seasonal produce to make nothing but the best cocktails around. We also believe that customer service is the most important part of any events based company, and we pride ourselves on having the friendliest staff, who ensure that you leave the bar with a smile on your face!​​
